With around 2 million dwellings in the UK now being managed by housing associations, it has now become more of a priority for these organisations to turn to an electronic document management solution to manage their paperwork, including tenant files, maintenance records etc. in a quick and easy way.

ORS has been working within this sector for a number of years and provides bespoke EDM packages based on an individual organisation’s budget and requirements. HousingMail is the latest service from ORS which again has been developed specifically for social housing and guarantees a 50% saving on mail processing costs (see our Information Library for more details).
