What´s New in DocuWare 6.11

DocuWare 6.11

From DocuWare:

Creating an intuitive DocuWare design – for both using and configuring the system – is one of our main goals. That’s why we updated several module configurations within DocuWare Version 6.11, moving them from Silverlight to HTML5.

  • Baskets: For Intelligent Indexing, you now only have to pick one store dialog from the basket, which was all configured at once. This simplifies the setting up of baskets and guarantees consistent and automatic indexing across a company.
  • Email Notices: Defining and subscribing to notifications is now grouped within one configuration. Rights are used to further determine a user’s options.
  • Connect to Outlook: The configuration is now even more tightly integrated with Outlook. New configurations can also be set up directly within Outlook. This is particularly handy when choosing folders to monitor.
  • Connect to Mail: In the module Mail Services, you can set up connections to email servers. Users can use this to access an organization in order to store email from their inboxes right into DocuWare.

Workflow Manager now offers more support for quicker process completion. Tasks can be enhanced with individualized texts, which can also include links to connect them, as an example, with a different application.

You’ll also find new additions in Web Client, DocuWare Forms and other components. For specifics, check out “What’s New in DocuWare“, a great source that includes the latest the product updates including application fields and benefits for users.
